Knitting Department

Our Knitting department houses high precision warping equipments and knitting machines in different gauge and diameter with capabilities to produce a variety of knitted structure in any required width and weight.

Equipped with high productivity Karl Mayer machines and operating in 3 working shift basis, our knitting department has the capacity to produce up to 1,200,000 meters in total of high quality fabrics.

Specialize in synthetic fabrics only, we take the raw material of Spandex and Nylon Polyester from world great yarn suppliers to guarantee the quality of our fabrics performance.

The department also have been designed with effective humidity and temperature control which give optimum running condition for both raw material and the machinary.

We do continue trainings and upgrade as required, as well as updating the knitting machineries with latest technologies which allow us to keep ahead of the rapidly changing market trends and to provide better service our customers.
