Laboratory

Our laboratories are fully equipped with computerized machinery and manned with motivated, well qualified and highly trained staff to deliver consistent, reliable and accurate results.

The Physical Test laboratory ensures all dyed fabric is properly checked for its specifications as per buyer’s requirements, for factors such as physical properties, color fastness, etc. For such, we use the most up-to-date published test procedures/methods including the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM), the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC), Japanese International Standard (JIS), International Organization for Standarization (ISO), etc. We do periodical calibration of our test equipment and participating on any updated testing method training as parts of maintaining the consistency and accuracy of the test results.

We have a dedicated colour lab with skilled colour technicians who operate a computerized system and equipments to measures colour and dispense new recipe of accurate dyes for the same colour with the consistency of its reproducibility maintained between the labdips and in bulk.
